Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of related experience in Consumer Lending/Financial Services; substitution allowed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to existing and prospective loan customers.
• Achieve branch sales targets and contribute to product/service uptake.
• Review and approve loan applications using lending knowledge and policy.
• Support manager training; assist with daily branch operations.
• Lead in absence of Branch Manager and coordinate team activities.
• Handle routine tasks: payments, applications, calls, and inquiries.
