Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four (4) years of related experience in Consumer Lending and/or Financial Services industry can be substituted for college degree.
• Relocate and travel to surrounding branches as needed.
• Effective communication (written & oral) and PC skills.
• Ability to complete essential duties in a timely, accurate manner.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and interpersonal skills in demanding situations.
• Must obtain licenses to sell insurance products offered to customers by the branch.
• Must perform work at the assigned branch location except in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to existing and prospective customers seeking loans.
• Achieve consistent results and meet branch goals related to the sale of company products and services.
• Exercise lending authority when reviewing and approving applications and offer loan solutions meeting customer needs.
• Learn lending and collection functions during Branch Manager Training Program.
• Assist management in daily tasks to ensure high-quality customer service.
• Manage exceptions to policy as authorized by management.
• Engage in inside sales to promote other products and services.
• Assist Branch Manager in managing priorities and communications with customers.
• Monitor expenses and review income statements to implement action plans.
• Provide leadership in the branch in the absence of the Manager.
