Job summary

Orkin LLC is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high-performance branch, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will coach and develop sales, service, and operations teams, manage budgeting and P&L, and build strong local community relationships.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and accountability, with a clear pathway through a management training program to a senior leadership position within a trusted pest control brand.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in sales, operations, retail, service, logistics, hospitality, or other performance-driven environments.
• Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and business performance.
• Experience coaching, developing, and leading teams to achieve ambitious goals.
• Strong understanding of business metrics, performance management, and customer retention strategies.
• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, operational metrics, or P&L performance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a branch business with accountability for revenue growth, profitability, customer retention, and employee engagement.
• Create and sustain a high-performance culture focused on sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational execution.
• Drive sales performance by coaching sales activities, monitoring key performance indicators, and holding teams accountable for results.
• Develop and mentor sales, service, administrative, and leadership team members to maximize performance and career growth.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent across multiple functions.
• Conduct regular field coaching, performance evaluations, and development planning.
• Analyze business performance metrics and implement strategies to improve productivity, profitability, and customer retention.
• Manage branch financial performance, including P&L accountability, budgeting, labor management, and expense control.
• Foster strong customer relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Partner with your team to identify growth opportunities within existing and new customer markets.
• Build brand awareness and business opportunities within the local community.
• Assume full leadership of a branch operation upon successful completion of training.
