Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations to ensure safety, performance, and profitability.
• Grow revenue by strengthening customer relationships.
• Develop and manage the branch P&L and business plan.
• Hire, lead, and develop a high-performance team across functions.
• Monitor metrics such as revenue, safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with HR, Safety, Finance, and Compliance to meet goals.
• Ensure DOT and OSHA compliance and promote a strong safety culture.
