Qualifications

• Ability to manage branch budgets and KPI scorecards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations and administrative functions.
• Review KPI scorecards and drive branch goals.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting incl. sourcing, screening, interviewing.
• Coordinate job fairs and client placements.
