Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales capacity with a demonstrated ability to lead and coach a successful sales team.
• Minimum of 3 years demonstrated small business deposit/credit experience and familiarity with small business operations.
• General understanding of financial statements and concepts.
• Demonstrated understanding of consumer credit including loan to value, debt to income and credit reports.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage Centers of Influence (COIs) to promote business.
• Ability to influence partners such as Key Investment Services, Mortgage and Business Banking sales professionals.
• Ability to communicate effectively and possess strong public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach branch team to deliver distinctive client service and achieve sales goals.
• Develop centers of influence and networks in the community to drive referrals.
• Ensure regulatory, security, and internal control compliance across branch operations.
• Staff, schedule, recruit, and onboard branch teammates to maintain appropriate staffing.
• Coach, mentor, and manage performance with regular feedback and development plans.
• Collaborate with partners to grow client base and deepen existing relationships.
