• Generate mortgage loan volume for select branches to support goals.
• Collaborate to identify customer needs and tailor financial solutions.
• Build relationships with customers and the local community to promote products.
• Lead, mentor, and coach branch employees to meet performance targets.
• Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring compliance and risk controls.
