Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years Prior Supervisory Experience preferred.
• Proven ability to sell while building lasting relationships.
• Good public relations skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Good Organizational Skills.
• Basic typing and math skills.
• Previous Banking and/or credit union experience.
• Previous Loan experience.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
• Background checks (credit, criminal, employment, and education) and post-offer drug test are conducted.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the overall efficient and effective operation of the Branch; lead employees in a successful sales environment.
• Introduce new members to credit union products and services in a pleasant and positive manner.
• Fill in for the Branch Manager in the manager's absence and assist with personnel issues and member problems.
