Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of recruiters and manage branch operations.
• Administer employment processes including onboarding and training.
• Set goals and provide regular feedback.
• Coordinate daily branch activities and client visits.
• Recruit for light industrial and clerical roles.
• Maintain ATS compliance and accurate records.
• Ensure client satisfaction and branch profitability.
• Protect sensitive information and ensure policy compliance.
