Job summary

Fox Pest Control in Manchester, NH is seeking a Branch Manager-Pest Control (Project Management) to lead our client‑facing operations, drive growth, and ensure sales and service goals are met. You will manage teams, budgeting, hiring, and retention while delivering top‑quality pest control solutions.

As the senior local leader, you will build a high‑performing team that reflects Fox values, coordinate route planning, billing and collections, and maintain exceptional customer relations.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of management experience in business/operations.
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• Experience in pest control or lawn care preferred.
• Experience managing a business budget and expenses.
• Understanding of industry standards and state/federal regulations.
• Proven ability to honestly and ethically close a sale.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Current driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
