Job summary

Fox Pest Control is seeking a results-driven Branch Manager to lead our local team and drive client-focused growth in the Manchester area. You will oversee sales, service quality, hiring, and retention while upholding Fox’s core values and culture.

You will manage a multi-faceted operation, mentor staff, and ensure profitability across your branch, with hands-on training and advancement opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of management experience in Business/Operations (route-based businesses also acceptable).
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Pest control or lawn care industry experience preferred.
• Experience managing a business budget and expenses.
• Understanding of industry standards and state/federal regulations.
• Proven ability to close a sale honestly and ethically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and project management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Current Driver's License and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization at the client level to drive growth and profitability.
• Support goals in Sales, Customer Service, Hiring, Retention, and other areas.
• Build and develop a team that embodies Fox core values.
• Coordinate route planning, billing, and collections with support staff.
