Job summary

Fox Pest Control is seeking a Branch Manager to lead operations in the Warrendale, PA area, driving growth and profitability while upholding the Fox values. You will oversee Sales, Customer Service, Hiring and Retention, and overall branch performance.

A successful candidate has 5–10+ years in management, a Bachelor's degree (preferred), and experience in pest control or lawn care. Strong leadership, budget management and a proven sales close ability are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of management experience in business/operations.
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• Experience in pest control or lawn care (preferred).
• Experience managing a business budget and expenses.
• Understanding of industry standards and regulations.
• Proven ability to honestly and ethically close a sale.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Current Driver's License and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch growth and profitability by achieving sales, customer service, hiring and retention goals.
• Build and develop a team that embodies Fox core values while serving clients.
• Coordinate route planning, billing and collections with a support staff.
• Establish Fox as the leader in pest management solutions within the region.
