Job summary

Pacific Partners Insulation South is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager - Construction Operations to lead field teams and oversee branch activities. The role focuses on scheduling, quality checks, safety audits, and staff development while ensuring excellent service to builders and customers.

You will coordinate crew efforts, manage inventory and fleet, and drive OSHA and DOT compliance, with strong communication and leadership to grow the branch.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of construction or insulation experience preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to read plans, perform field measurements, and understand job specifications.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and jobsite compliance requirements.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Team-oriented with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day branch operations and field activities.
• Assist with crew scheduling and production coordination.
• Conduct jobsite visits, quality inspections, and safety audits.
• Coach and develop installers and field personnel.
• Support inventory, equipment, and fleet management.
• Help resolve customer concerns and jobsite issues.
• Promote compliance with OSHA, Washington L&I, and company safety standards.
• Build strong relationships with employees, customers, and builders.
