Job summary

Axis Portable Air is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate dispatches with the Client Experience Team, and ensure service calls are efficient and safe. You will manage equipment and fleet readiness, hire and train the local team, and set a high-performance culture.

This role requires 3+ years in operations or branch leadership within HVAC or related fields. You will drive safety, customer relations, and financial performance while traveling for regional support as

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations, branch management, or leadership in HVAC, mechanical, or service-based industries.
• Dispatch and scheduling experience to meet customer demand and productivity goals.
• Proven leadership, conflict resolution, and performance-driving ability.
• Familiarity with HVAC or mechanical equipment is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and coordinate dispatch schedules with the Client Experience Team for efficiency.
• Manage branch equipment and fleet, ensuring maintenance and readiness.
• Lead hiring, training, and development of the local branch team and shape branch culture.
• Create and enforce safety protocols, and lead weekly safety trainings.
• Own the financial performance of the branch, including vendor relationships and POs.
