Naturescape is hiring a Branch Manager in Eau Claire, WI to guide a developing branch toward growth and success. You will balance field production, sales expansion, and staff development in a family-owned company with a strong local presence.

The role offers a starting salary of $52,000/year with potential raises, overtime, and performance-based bonuses, plus comprehensive benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Motivated with a desire to learn.
• Previous management or supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maximize branch production in the field and drive sales growth.
• Lead and develop branch employees; provide training and guidance.
• Meet with branch employees weekly to review technical info, sales strategies and service methods.
• Direct administrative assistants to maintain a high level of customer service and office efficiency.
• Occasionally meet with customers, resolve concerns, and guide service delivery.
