Naturescape is seeking a Service Coordinator in Madison, WI to assist the branch manager in leading a developing branch and continuing our growth and success. This is a long-term role in a family-owned business with strong growth and stability.

The position offers paid training, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced environment both in the office and outdoors.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Motivated with a desire to learn.
• Previous management or supervisory experience is a plus.
• We provide paid training; no lawn care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the branch manager in oversight of every aspect of branch operation.
• Balance time and resources while minding details and the big picture.
• Work in a hands-on role; the service coordinator is in training to be a branch manager.
• State pesticide certification will be arranged after training.
