Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (phone and email).

• Comfortable talking to customers and asking for the sale.
• Computer and typing skills.
• Willingness to learn with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Check customer emails and voicemails and respond with care to offer solutions.
• Identify sales opportunities to fulfill customer needs and aspirations.
• Build long-term relationships to help customers create a beautiful lawn and landscape.
• Process small amounts of mail daily to help the branch run smoothly.
• Reconnect with customers during winter to set up the season ahead.
