Job summary

Naturescape in Eau Claire, WI is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a developing branch toward growth and success. This full-time role offers a starting salary of $52,000/year and a flexible schedule, in a family-owned environment.

You will balance field production, sales development, and staff coaching, meeting weekly with the team and guiding specialists to excellence while ensuring customer satisfaction across in-office and outdoor work.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Motivated with a desire to learn.
• Previous management or supervisory experience is a plus.
• No lawn care or landscape experience required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Strategically divide time between field production, sales, and staff development.
• Meet weekly with branch employees to review technical information, sales strategies, and service methods.
• Train and guide specialists to excellence, from veterans to new hires.
• Direct administrative assistants to ensure high-level service and organized operations.
• Balance office duties with field service and customer interactions to maximize branch performance.
• Regularly assess branch needs and make decisions benefiting employees and customers.
