Naturescape is hiring a full-time Sales & Customer Service Representative at our Mueksgo, WI branch to support a close-knit, family-owned team. No experience needed; we provide training and ongoing coaching to help you succeed.

You will handle customer emails and calls, look for sales opportunities, and build long-term relationships that help customers create a vibrant lawn and landscape. Typical hours are Mon–Thu 8–5, Fri 8–4.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (phone and email).
• Positive mindset with a solution-focused attitude.
• Comfortable talking to customers and asking for the sale.
• Computer and typing skills.
• Willing to learn and be taught the basics.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer emails and voicemails; respond with care and offer solutions.
• Identify sales opportunities to meet customer needs and drive service sales.
• Build long-term relationships to help customers create a lawn and landscape they love.
• Process small mail items daily and keep the branch running smoothly.
