Naturescape is seeking a Service Coordinator in Madison, WI to assist the branch manager in leading branch operations and supporting growth. This hands-on role demands attention to detail while guiding a developing team.

We provide paid training, no lawn care experience required, flexible hours, and strong advancement opportunities. Starting wage is $49,920+ per year with raises based on performance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Motivated with a desire to learn.
• Previous management or supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the branch manager in oversight of branch operations.
• Balance time and resources; act as branch manager in training.
• State pesticide dispensing certification will be arranged.
• Paid training provided and no lawn care experience required.
