Job summary

Service Partners in North Charleston, SC is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the local team, manage operations, budgets and P&L, and ensure safety and quality while delivering strong customer service.

You will supervise staff, optimize inventory and deliveries, drive sales performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. A college degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

This safety-sensitive role requires OSHA knowledge, a valid license, and the ability to travel locally (<25%). Base plus bonus and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• Experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Knowledgeable in the construction or distribution industry.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Experience with OSHA requirements and DOT inspections.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the branch operations and staff.
