Job summary

ATCO Structures USA Inc. in Washington, DC is seeking a Branch Manager for the Space Rentals division.

You will oversee operations, P&L ownership, staffing development, sales leadership and performance of the branch, leading a team of professionals and managing client relationships in the office and in the field. The role emphasizes ensuring high-quality service delivery, coordinating with manufacturing and office staff, and building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and government

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 10 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in modular building manufacturing.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent communicator with external and internal clients.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality standards meet client and internal requirements.
• Provide direction to align manufacturing plant and office staff.
• Recruit, train and develop staff; manage annual performance evaluations.
• Identify and mitigate risks to branch operations.
• Oversee branch policies, processes and financial management.
• Position branch for future manufacturing opportunities via staffing and development.
• Build relationships with decision makers in industry, government and clients.
