Job summary

ATCO Structures USA Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee modular construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget compliance, and high-quality outcomes.

We welcome candidates in Houston, TX, Boise, ID, or Reno/Las Vegas/Elko, NV areas. You will develop detailed project plans, coordinate resources, conduct site visits, manage budgets, and serve as the primary client contact while maintaining strict adherence to codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or 5 years of related experience
• PMP certification is a plus
• 5-10 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in a related field
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate
• Strong customer service focus and ability to converse with building and construction site managers
• Knowledge of applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changes and work at a fast pace in peak times
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Develops comprehensive project plans outlining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines
• Coordinates resources, both internal and external, to ensure smooth project execution
• Conducts regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards
• Prepares and manages project budgets, ensuring cost control measures are in place
• Tracks project expenses and reviews invoices and payments to subcontractors and suppliers
• Serves as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Manages client expectations and resolves any issues or concerns in a timely manner
• Fosters a collaborative working environment and promotes teamwork among project stakeholders
• Ensures compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Implements quality assurance processes to deliver projects that exceed client expectations
• Identifies potential risks and develops mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions
• Proactively addresses any issues that may impact project timelines or budget
