Axis Portable Air is a fast-growing equipment rental company delivering portable HVAC nationwide. The Branch Manager will run daily branch operations, coordinating deliveries, installs, and service, while driving customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, not required.
• Experience with typical software tools and IT tools (rental software, Excel, Salesforce).
• Must be organized and able to multitask.
• Must be able to work independently and prioritize efficiently.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Must be able to demonstrate problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Coordinate equipment delivery and installation in the field when needed.
• Manage rentals, contracts, and invoices using company tools.
• Dispatch deliveries and service calls; maintain accurate logs.
• Manage inventory and conduct scheduled shop/yard walks with logs.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to optimize customer experience.
