Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience.
• Notary Public registration required (or obtained within 90 days of hire).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication, business development, sales and training skills.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Must be able to travel locally to affiliate locations.
• Position requires lifting up to 35 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Oversee branch operations, staffing, scheduling, and daily balancing.
• Drive deposits growth and member engagement while ensuring compliance.
• Lead sales initiatives and mentor staff on member engagement and training.
• Represent Harvard FCU in the community and with partner organizations.
• Collaborate with other department managers to align strategies.
• Ensure a high level of service and operational excellence.
