Consumers Credit Union in Loves Park, IL is hiring a Branch Manager to lead our Loves Park and Mount Morris branches. This role oversees 8 direct reports and drives sales, service, and risk management while maintaining strong member relationships.

You will develop coaching plans, monitor KPIs, ensure policy compliance, and collaborate with marketing and lending teams to grow deposits and membership. Travel between branches is required. Full-time, with competitive salary and bonus eligibility.

Competenze

• H.S. Diploma or Equivalency is required.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in business management, customer service, retail.
• 2+ years in financial services.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Strong coaching, leadership, and communication skills; service focused.
• Ability to drive between branches and work full-time (40–45 hrs/week).

Mansioni

• Manage branch profitability and KPI tracking.
• Ensure exceptional member experiences and high NPS.
• Oversee cash controls, transaction accuracy, and security.
• Develop and implement sales campaigns with marketing and lending teams.
• Coach on performance; ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Lead staffing, onboarding, and HR-related activities.
• Monitor and address audits and quality control findings.
• Support escalations and maintain smooth branch operations.
