Job summary

1st MidAmerica in Springfield, IL is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations of our Credit Union facility. You will plan, direct, and control service delivery, staffing, and sales initiatives to meet growth goals.

This role requires supervisory experience, strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to build community relationships. Regular hours Mon–Fri, with travel to other locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of similar or related experience preferred.
• A two-year college degree, or completion of a specialized certification or licensing preferred, but not required.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Strong technical skills required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
