The incumbent reviews weekly performance metrics, drives improvement initiatives, and collaborates with Sales to meet revenue targets while ensuring compliance with laws and policies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lead branch operations with focus on Customer Satisfaction, Safety, Lean/5S and housekeeping.
• Experience in inventory management and cost control is required.
• Strong leadership, recruitment and staff development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure safe, profitable performance.
• Utilize Lean/5S to optimize flow and minimize waste; maintain an organized, safe workplace.
• Manage branch inventory accuracy and lead the team in inventory practices.
• Monitor key metrics: inventory turns, shrinkage, fill rate; recruit, train and motivate staff.
• Control labor costs and branch expenditures; ensure payroll efficiency.
• Coordinate with Sales to meet customer requirements and support market strategy.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.
• Scope includes sales greater than $2.2 million and ongoing duties as assigned.
