Job summary

PGW Auto Glass in Michigan is seeking an experienced operations leader to safely and profitably run the Saginaw branch. You will oversee daily operations, drive customer satisfaction, safety, lean/5S discipline, and cost controls while guiding inventory, staffing, and productivity.

You will review weekly performance metrics, mentor staff, collaborate with Sales to meet revenue targets over 2.2 million, and ensure compliance with laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse or branch operation.
• Ability to apply lean principles to improve flow and reduce waste.
• Proven leadership and staff development skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and profitable daily branch operations.
• Manage inventory records and stock optimization with 5S standards.
• Recruit, train and coach warehouse staff; monitor labor productivity.
• Collaborate with Sales to meet revenue targets and customer needs.
• Monitor expenses and ensure costs stay within budgets.
• Ensure compliance with all laws and company policies.
