Qualifications

• Leads branch sales management practices: onboarding, lobby leadership, huddles, and team meetings.
• Motivates team to achieve assigned sales goals.
• Models the bank's brand, values, and customer experience.
• Develops product knowledge and remains current on services offered.
• Identifies opportunities for new business within the branch market.
• Oversees operations, quality control, compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Partners with lines of business to grow business banking relationships.
