Qualifications

• At least 4 years of leadership or supervisory experience in banking, retail, hospitality, customer service, operations, or a related industry.
• Track record of coaching employees, building strong teams, and supporting professional development.
• Ability to set expectations, manage performance, and achieve business goals.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
