Qualifications

• At least 4 years of leadership or supervisory experience in banking or related industry.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in financial services or consumer lending is a plus.
• Hands-on leadership focused on employee development and customer relationships.
