Qualifications

• At least 4 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a relevant field.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in financial services or consumer lending is a plus.
• Hands-on leadership style focused on employee success and customer relationships.
