Job summary

Kohler Credit Union in Mequon, WI is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the Mequon branch by developing your team, strengthening member relationships, and driving branch performance. You’ll coach staff, ensure personalized service, and guide responsible lending practices while maintaining daily operations and compliance.

You’ll build community ties, foster a positive team environment, and pursue continuous improvement with hands-on leadership that supports employee growth and exceptional member

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a relevant field.
• Track record of coaching employees, building strong teams, and supporting development.
• Ability to set expectations, manage performance, and achieve business goals.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in financial services or consumer lending is a plus.
• Hands-on leadership style focused on employee success and customer relationships.

What You'll Do as Branch Manager
