Job summary

Kohler Credit Union seeks a Branch Manager for the Mequon location to lead a team, deepen member relationships, and drive branch performance. You will provide coaching, ensure personalized service, and guide responsible lending practices to support business goals.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of leadership or supervisory experience in banking or related industry.
• Experience coaching employees and building high-performing teams.
• Ability to set expectations, manage performance, and achieve goals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in financial services or consumer lending is a plus.
• Hands-on leadership focused on employee development and customer relationships.

What You'll Do as Branch Manager
