Job summary

Huntington Bay Springs branch seeks a Branch Manager to lead all facets of sales, service and operations. You will coach the team, drive production goals, and nurture relationships with high-value consumer and business customers.

You will recruit and hire staff, manage referrals to partners, and ensure compliance with OCR guidelines while representing Huntington in the community with strong financial solutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year or more in a goal driven retail sales leadership role or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Licenses: This position will be subject to additional background check requirements including being required to provide fingerprints as required by NMLS regulations.
