Huntington National Bank is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a busy branch, driving sales, service and operations while coaching a team to meet production goals. You will cultivate consumer and business relationships, manage referrals, and uphold risk and policy compliance.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and active community involvement to grow Huntington's market presence and client trust.

Qualificações

High school diploma or GED and 1 year or more in a goal-driven retail sales leadership role or a Bachelor's Degree.
Background check including fingerprints as required by NMLS regulations.
Management experience in branch sales, service, operations and financial performance preferred.

Responsabilidades

Manage portfolio of high-value consumer and business customers and refer to bank partners to deepen relationships.
Lead team to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively.
Leverage tools and technology to identify and present sales and service opportunities.
Keep the team informed about products, services, technology and policies.
Engage with the community and build key business and community relationships.
Drive internal partnerships to grow business in the market area.
Oversee recruitment to ensure market staffing aligns with Huntington's culture.
Ensure adequate resources and oversee branch operations following policies and procedures.
Understand branch sales, service, operations and financial performance.
