Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Branch Manager to lead all facets of the branch—sales, service, and operations. You will coach staff, drive budgeted production goals, acquire new consumer and business customers, and deepen relationships both inside and outside the branch.

You will recruit, supervise, and develop a high-performing team, ensure adherence to policies, and leverage community involvement to grow the business. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year or more in a goal driven retail sales leadership role or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Licenses: This position will be subject to additional background check requirements including fingerprints as required by NMLS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Managing portfolio of high value consumer and business customers and referring to bank areas to meet client needs.
• Leading team to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Leveraging tools to identify and present sales and service opportunities.
• Maintaining knowledge of products, services, technology and policies.
• Developing key internal partnerships to drive business in the market.
• Overseeing recruitment/hiring to ensure staffing aligns with Huntington’s culture.
• Managing branch operations, security, risk and regulatory policies.
