Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1+ year in a goal-driven retail sales leadership role or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Background check and fingerprints may be required under NMLS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of high value consumer and business customers and refer needs to other bank areas.
• Lead team to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Leverage tools to identify sales and service opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products, services, technology and policies.
• Develop community relationships and drive branch business in market area.
• Oversee recruitment and hiring to ensure alignment with Huntington’s culture.
• Ensure operations, security, risk and regulatory policies are followed.
