Ōnin Staffing is seeking a dynamic Business Manager to launch and grow a new branch. You will lead daily operations, drive sales through local market engagement, and build a high-performing team dedicated to exceptional service.

You will cultivate client partnerships, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide job seekers from onboarding to placement, shaping a thriving branch from the ground up.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Background in staffing, sales, or business development preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver measurable results.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
