The role emphasizes accountability, budgeting, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced distribution environment. Local travel and safety compliance are required. A college degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory/management experience.
• Construction or distribution industry knowledge preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with safety regulations (OSHA/DOT).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the branch team to ensure safety, quality, and service excellence.
• Build customer relationships and drive sales opportunities.
• Manage inventory, budgets, and P&L responsibilities.
