White Cap is hiring a Branch Manager in California to lead operations at a busy distribution location. You will drive profitability, oversee inventory and receivables, and ensure excellent service to contractors and vendor partners.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on operations experience, and the ability to develop staff while maintaining safety and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in profit and loss ownership for a distribution branch.
• Strong inventory control and loss prevention skills.
• Proven ability to staff, train, and develop store/branch teams.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L and inventory/AR for assigned location(s).
• Meet EBIT, ROIC, and ROS targets.
• Ensure assets protection and implement inventory controls.
