Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accountable for profit, loss, and inventory for the location.
• Safeguards company assets and provides operational oversight.
• Ensures staffing levels to meet service and financial demands.
• Initiates and builds customer relationships with existing and new customers.
• Liaises with leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Monitors local market trends and grows local market share.
• Works with vendors to maximize sales and profitability.
• Ensures compliant operations and safety/regulatory responsibilities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Company vehicle operation required (MVR check).
