Job summary

Service Partners in the United States is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our North Charleston branch. You will supervise staff, ensure safety, and deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales and operational excellence across all functions.

This role requires supervisory experience, budgeting and P&L ownership, OSHA/DOT knowledge, and a college degree or equivalent experience. Local travel is possible and a commitment to safety and performance is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver''s license if operating company vehicle.
• Prior supervisory or management experience.
• Knowledgeable in construction or distribution industry.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Experience with OSHA requirements and DOT inspections.
• College degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the assigned branch safely and effectively.
• Provide first-class customer service to build relationships and retain customers.
• Drive operational excellence and best practices for quality, safety, cost and service.
• Ensure timely action on all sales lead opportunities.
• Maintain safety regulatory policies and procedures to create a secure work environment.
• Manage warehouse inventory, staff and deliveries.
• Develop employees into the next generation leaders.
• Create and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee budgets and P&L.
• Lead all employees, including exempt, nonexempt, and nonunion.
