Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of management experience in Business/Operations.
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• Pest control or lawn care industry experience preferred.
• Experience managing budgets and expenses.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch growth and profitability through Sales, Customer Service, Hiring, and Retention.
• Build and develop a high-performing team aligned with Fox core values.
• Establish Fox as the leader in pest management within the region.
• Coordinate route planning, staff supervision, billing, and collections.
• Serve as the main client contact in the region.
