Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation in McMurray, PA is seeking a Branch Manager to lead sales and operations of the Retail branch. You will act as directing sales manager, drive new customer origination, coach the team, and ensure smooth daily branch activities in line with FNB policies.

You will develop market opportunities, manage referrals, and uphold compliance, audit, and security standards while delivering excellent customer service and leveraging digital banking tools.

Qualifications

• Excellent management, communication and organizational abilities.
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• BA or BS preferred; banking experience advantageous.
• Knowledge of banking audit policies is a plus.
• High School or GED required; 3 years related experience.
