Job summary

You will supervise branch staff, coach sales activities, and oversee daily operations, including processing customer transactions and maintaining data quality in a compliant, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Knowledge of banking policies and consumer products is beneficial.
• Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to use a PC and bank software.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process through referrals and cross-selling of bank products.
• Maintains data quality for referrals, customers and applicants.
• Coaches branch staff and monitors sales results.
• Manages daily sales activity and pre-shift huddles.
• Handles branch operations: scheduling, vault cash, opening/closing.
• Performs teller transactions as needed.
• Complies with all bank policies and risk management requirements.
• Adheres to regulatory laws and company procedures.
