Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of related job experience.
• Knowledge of banking audit policies and procedures preferred.
• Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred but will be required.
• May require overnight travel for training purposes, particularly during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Generate high value customer relationships through sales leads and outbound calling to establish new customers and retain and expand existing relationships.
• Coach sales strategies to achieve financial goals and incorporate FNB digital products into customer interactions.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applications using FNB branch technology.
• Lead and coach branch team and facilities to align with FNB standards; conduct daily sales meetings and HR responsibilities.
• Ensure operational integrity, compliance, and security; assign team duties and perform operational tasks as needed.
• Perform other related duties and projects; act as risk manager within the branch.
