Qualifications

• No specific degree required; related experience or product knowledge may be considered.
• Typically requires 3+ years of related experience; in lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certification(s), and experience may be considered.
• Notary Public in the applicable state may be required; background checks as per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of branch performance, drive revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions and solutions for financial well-being.
• Grow branch revenue via consumer and business households, share-of-wallet growth, and ecosystem partnerships; coach to consultative selling.
• Deliver a differentiated client experience, enabling technology-enabled interactions and issue resolution to improve client financial well-being.
• Manage talent: onboarding, coaching, development, and performance management to build a high-performing team.
• Mitigate risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold policies; model inclusive workplace values.
