You will recruit, train, and develop colleagues, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with internal departments to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.

The role requires associate degree or equivalent, 2+ years sales leadership, and 5+ years relevant experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualificações

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of demonstrated sales leadership and/or supervisory experience.
• 2+ years of goals-based sales experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.

• Lead, coach, and develop branch colleagues to achieve sales, service, and operational excellence.
• Manage daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Drive business growth by acquiring new customers and deepening existing relationships.
• Partner with internal departments to deliver comprehensive financial solutions to customers and prospects.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain high-performing team members who reflect Associated Bank’s values and service commitment.
• Establish clear branch goals and action plans to meet or exceed performance targets.
